Salon Policies
Deposits and Cancellations
All online bookings require a 20% deposit to secure the appointment. This is deducted from the final price when paying on the day after your service is complete.
Deposits may be required when booking over the phone or in person for longer appointments.
If you give us less than 48 hours notice but we are able to fill the appointment, we will either refund the deposit or put it towards the cost of your next appointment.
- No-show appointments – no deposits refunded as we are unable to fill the appointment
- 48 hours or more notice – full deposit refund
- Less than 48 hours notice but before 24 hours – 50% of the deposit refunded
- Less than 24 hours notice – no deposits refunded
Arriving at the Salon
Please try to arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, we will do our best to fit you in, but we may not be able to provide the full service if we are fully booked.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, we respectfully ask you to give at least 24 hours notice or we may have to charge a percentage of the appointment time for our loss of earnings.
Hair Colour and Lightening Services Policy
For New and Returning Clients if you are having:
- Semi permanent, permanent colour or lightening service
- Colour or lightening product/ bleach highlights applied
An allergy can develop over time so it is possible that you could have an allergic reaction even if you have not had one in the past.
As a professionally run salon, we always carry out an allergy alert test for new clients aged 16 or over, even if you have had your hair coloured before.
We will check when returning clients last had an allergy alert test. If it is more than six months ago, we will arrange for another test.
Allergy alert tests must be done at least 48 hours in advance of your colour.
Hair colourants, highlights and perms cannot be used on anyone aged under 16.
If you have a reaction to hair colour or to an allergy alert test, unfortunately we will not be able to proceed with your colour.
